Therapy Specializing in:

Anxiety

Does your mind race through worst-case scenarios, even when you know they're unlikely? Do you feel keyed up, restless, or like you can never quite relax? Anxiety can affect your sleep, relationships, and ability to enjoy everyday life—but it doesn't have to run the show.

I use evidence-based approaches to help you understand what's fueling your anxiety and build tools to manage it. Together, we'll work toward feeling more grounded, present, and in control—so anxiety no longer gets the final say.

OCD

If intrusive thoughts loop endlessly in your mind, or you find yourself checking, counting, or repeating rituals just to feel "okay," you're not alone—and you don't have to keep managing it by yourself.

I specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the leading evidence-based treatment for OCD. We'll work together, at a pace that feels manageable, to help you face feared thoughts without relying on compulsions—so OCD takes up less space in your life.

Anxiety and OCD aren't just thoughts—they live in the body too, showing up as tension, a racing heart, or that urge to do something to feel okay again. Somatic practices, like grounding exercises, breathwork, and body-based mindfulness, help you build a different relationship with those physical sensations.

Instead of immediately acting on an urge or anxious feeling, these tools help you pause, notice what's happening in your body, and ride out the discomfort. This is helpful alongside therapies like ERP, where learning to tolerate distress—rather than avoid it—is key to feeling better long-term.
